The Ahmedabad Management Association is a non-profit organisation which conducts management related courses, seminars, industrial and educational programmes. The space allocated for this building has two distinct entrances from the Vastrapur road – one for the exclusive use of pedestrians and the other for vehicular traffic. Parking space has been allotted towards the northern side of the building. Existing neem trees running along the eastern side have been retained. A security cabin is located at the north eastern end of the site. The entire building is a R.C.C. structure with 7 inches thick reinforced concrete walls. Large windows with mild steel frames meer the requirements of adequate natural light and ventilation in the classrooms. The exterior of the building has been finished with silicon repellant. Interior and exterior walls are in exposed concrete. Double glazed windows in the rear act as insulators.
